Our role is advisory and facilitative.

We may assist clients with preparing applications, organizing documentation, understanding requirements, and liaising with banks, lenders, and relevant financial institutions.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Al Ahdaf does not guarantee that any application or request will be approved.

This includes applications or requests relating to:

  • Business bank accounts

  • Financing

  • Mortgages

  • Credit facilities

  • Trade finance

  • Other banking or financial facilities

Although we use our experience and professional relationships to assist clients and improve the quality of their applications, the final decision rests solely with the relevant bank, lender, or financial institution.

Each institution may apply its own eligibility requirements, internal policies, compliance procedures, risk assessments, and approval criteria.

An application may therefore be declined, delayed, or subject to additional requirements by the relevant institution.

4. Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

  • Provide genuine and authentic documents.

  • Ensure that all information and documentation submitted to Al Ahdaf is accurate and up to date.

  • Respond to requests for additional information or documentation within a reasonable time.

You are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and information you provide.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for Al Ahdaf services will be communicated to the client before the relevant service is undertaken, where applicable.

Any applicable fees, payment obligations, refund conditions, or other commercial terms may be set out in a quotation, proposal, engagement letter, invoice, or separate service agreement provided to the client.

Banks, lenders, financial institutions, government authorities, and other third parties may have their own procedures, requirements, timelines, and decision-making processes.

Al Ahdaf does not control the decisions, processing times, internal procedures, or approval criteria of third parties.

A delay or rejection by a bank or other third party does not necessarily indicate an error or failure by Al Ahdaf.
